The purpose of Sixteen Foundation’s website is to showcase the work we do and to take donations for the projects we implement. When you place an online donation with us, we ensure you receive an email confirmation, detailing your donation amount and the stipulation of where your donation is going.
When we take a donation, we take appropriate measures to ensure that the information we are promoting is accurate on the website at the time of publishing. This is inclusive of the price, description and duration. Due to the nature of our work, prices and detail may vary due to external economic factors beyond our control. In those instances, we endeavour to update our website as soon as possible with the right information.
Your security is important to us, which is why when we take your donation, we only take your details to process the donation and feedback on the item you have donated towards. Our mission is to drive positive change through the power of education, providing accessible, inclusive and quality education to all children around the world.
We run events twice a year, one during the holy month of Ramadhan and the other during the month of August. Our events vary, from 10k runs and Snowdon climbs to fundraising activities for all age groups.
Thankfully, there is more than one way to get involved such as donating, volunteering, hosting events, online promotion and more. You may have different skill sets and a passion to give back to a community in need. Simply get in touch over the phone or send us an email via our contact us page.
Every contribution, no matter how big or small, makes a difference to the causes we support. Imagine for a moment, the difference access to education can be for those who see it as a privilege. The interaction with other children, the ability to express oneself, the development of knowledge is just some of the difference you will be having on a young person’s life.
