Education for all children is at the forefront of Sixteen Foundation’s focus.
At its heart, Sixteen Foundation aims to deliver a future in which every community and its children have access to education. We believe that education is a non-negotiable right and that every child deserves access to quality learning. We set up 2 fundraising events during the year: our Ramadhan Event encompasses the spirit of the blessed month and our Summer Event which showcases the great work by our selfless volunteers, all in aid of a nominated educational cause. Our causes have ranged from support with small scale resources for a science lab in the UK to larger projects of a school build in Africa.
Our mission is to drive positive change through the power of education, providing accessible, inclusive and quality education to all children around the world. Thus, creating an optimistic future for a child and their community, one that allows growth of knowledge and produces new generation changemakers.
Our vision is to create a future world empowered through education. A world in which every community is a hopeful one, full of empowerment and aspirations through the gift of education. We encourage a mindset where every child in its community can dare to dream.
